Avoid the common BOM problems
Spreadsheets change part numbers
Codes with leading zeros or an E can turn into numbers or dates. Import the MPN column as text.
DNP lines get quoted
Mark lines that are not fitted as DNP, or remove them, so they stay out of the quote.
Family names cannot be quoted
"STM32F103" is a family. Send the full code, for example STM32F103VGT6.
BOM template questions
Do I have to use the template?
No. Send your BOM in your own format; we map the columns.
Which file types are accepted?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV. You can also paste lines into the RFQ form.
Can I add reference designators?
Yes. Add a column for them; they are used to label the kit and check DNP lines.
