Send a complete part number and a quantity, from one sample to production volumes. We confirm the supply options, packaging, date code and lead time, and name the source channel on every line.

From one sample to production volumes
Samples and prototypes
A few pieces for evaluation or a first build. Cut tape or partial packs where the source allows; the unit price reflects the small quantity.
Small batches and NPI
Pilot runs and early production, where one missing line stops the build. Quantities are matched to the packing unit only if you agree.
Production and repeat orders
Full reels, trays or tubes on a schedule. Repeat orders keep the same MPN, packaging and date-code rules unless you change them.
What to send for a fast quote
Three fields are enough to start. The rest decide whether the first quote is final.

Where the material comes from
Every quote line names the channel. The channel decides the inspection we recommend and what you can expect from the paperwork.
Stock held by a franchised distributor of the manufacturer. The shortest traceability chain; used first when it meets your date and quantity.
Surplus or excess stock held by independent distributors and stockists. Often the answer for shortages and small quantities. Inspection is agreed on the quote before you commit.
Parts ordered against the manufacturer’s lead time. Factory MOQ and order multiples apply and are stated on the line.

Conditions are fixed before the order
A price is only comparable when the conditions behind it are visible. These are written on the quote and do not change after you approve it.
- Original manufacturer packaging; no re-reeling or re-labelling
- Date code window confirmed before shipment
- MSL parts shipped in moisture-barrier bags with desiccant and humidity card
- Inspection level and any laboratory test agreed per line
Component sourcing questions
Do you sell single pieces?
Yes, where the source allows cut tape or partial packs. Small quantities cost more per piece; the quote shows the price for the quantity you asked for.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours of a complete enquiry, Monday to Friday (GMT+8), with a quote or the questions we need answered.
Can you hold stock for scheduled deliveries?
Scheduled deliveries are agreed per order, with the quantities, dates and payment milestones written on the proforma invoice.
What if the exact part is not available?
The line says so. If an alternative could work, we list it with its differences; nothing is substituted without your written approval.
