We do not rely on certificates we do not hold. We publish what we inspect, what we record and where our responsibility ends.
What we inspect and record
Visual inspection in-house against a documented checklist; further testing by independent laboratories when the order requires it. For every line we record manufacturer, full MPN, quantity, date and lot code as marked, country of origin, packaging condition, source channel and incoming photos.

No. Auxicen is an independent sourcing company. Each quote states the channel the material comes from, and manufacturer names on this site identify components only.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours of a complete enquiry, Monday to Friday (GMT+8), with either a quote or the questions we need answered to quote.
Is there a minimum order?
Samples and small batches are supported. Any MOQ comes from the source and is stated on the quote line.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer (T/T) to our company account is standard. New customers pay in advance; milestones for large or split deliveries are agreed in writing.
What if a part fails inspection?
Defects must be notified in writing within 30 days of the invoice date. Rejected material is handled under the conditions in the quotation and order documents.
