This website describes the services of Auxicen Electronics. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information on the site
Content is general information about sourcing electronic components. Part numbers, ordering code breakdowns and prices on the site are examples; always confirm against the manufacturer datasheet.
Availability, pricing and lead times are confirmed per enquiry. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell.
Quotes and orders
A quote is valid for the period stated on it. An order exists only when you approve a quote in writing and we issue a proforma invoice.
Payment, delivery terms (Incoterms® 2020), inspection, documents and defect claims are set out in the quotation and order documents. If those documents and these terms differ, the order documents apply.
Manufacturer names and trademarks
Manufacturer names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. They are used to identify components and do not imply an authorized distribution relationship or endorsement.
Your submissions
You confirm that you have the right to send the files and information you upload. We use them only to answer your enquiry, as described in the Политика конфиденциальности.
Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Auxicen is not liable for losses arising from use of the information on the site. Liability for orders is governed by the order documents.
