Turnkey BOM kitting
We source every purchasable line, consolidate the material and ship one kit labelled by line number and reference designator. Suited to EMS turnkey builds and NPI runs where one missing part stops the line.
Partial BOM sourcing
Send the lines your usual distributors cannot cover: shortages, long lead times or minimum quantities that do not fit. We quote only those lines and leave the rest of your supply chain as it is.
How a BOM is processed
1. Upload
Excel, CSV or pasted lines. Keep your own column names; we map them.
2. Line review
Each MPN is checked for suffix, packaging, lifecycle status and DNP marks.
3. Questions back
Ambiguous lines come back as questions, not guesses.
4. Line-by-line quote
Price, packaging, date code, source status and lead time on every line.
5. Receive and inspect
Material is recorded on receipt and inspected to the agreed level.
6. Kit and ship
One labelled kit or split deliveries, with a packing list by BOM line.
What the BOM should include
Three columns are enough to start. The others decide whether the first quote is final or needs a second round.

Every line comes back with a status
The exact MPN is available. The line shows price, packaging, date code, source status and estimated lead time. Example: GRM188R71H104KA93D, 4,000 pcs, tape and reel, date code within 2 years (example).
Something in the line is ambiguous: a missing suffix, a quantity that does not match the reference designators, or a manufacturer that does not make that number. We ask before we quote.
The original is EOL, allocated or outside your target. We list one or more candidates with the parameters that differ. The line stays open until your engineering team approves or rejects it.
No acceptable source today. We say so on the quote instead of leaving the line blank, and tell you whether a later date or a different quantity would change the answer.
No silent substitutions
A BOM quote is only useful if the parts that arrive are the parts you approved. We never replace a line without written approval, and we keep DNP lines out of the quote unless you ask for them.

BOM sourcing questions
How large a BOM can I send?
There is no line limit. Long BOMs are answered within 24 hours with the first status for every line; complex lines may need a follow-up round.
Do you quote the whole BOM if some lines are unavailable?
Yes. Unavailable lines are marked “Not available” with a reason, so you can decide whether to proceed with a partial kit.
Can you ship directly to our EMS partner?
Yes. Give the consignee and the delivery terms; the packing list is organized by BOM line so the EMS can receive against it.
Is there a minimum order value?
Prototype BOMs are accepted. Any minimum that applies comes from the source of a specific line and is stated on that line.
Will you keep our BOM confidential?
Yes. The BOM is used only to source your enquiry. Supplier enquiries carry part numbers and quantities, not your file or your product details.
