To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, process and ship orders, and keep the records required for those orders.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Suppliers receive part numbers and quantities needed to source your enquiry, not your BOM file, your company details or your product information.
Carriers, banks and inspection laboratories receive what they need to deliver, collect payment or test parts for your order.
Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and order records are kept for 3 years from the last shipment, or longer where the law requires. Enquiries that did not lead to an order are deleted when no longer needed.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected].
